    The experience was quite positive; the spacious and comfortable room provided a good retreat after long workdays. I particularly appreciated the clean and well-maintained facilities, as well as the helpful night check-in staff who made the process smooth and informative. the location is central, making it easy to access local shops, restaurants, and attractions, which added convenience to my stay. I also enjoyed the complimentary services available at the Aquafit Health Fitness Wellbeing Centre adjacent to the hotel, where I could unwind and stay active.

    Buffet breakfast could improve.

    Amazing setting, welcoming and very polite staff.

    Exceptional and fairly clean hotel with excellent view to the local town. Location right by close to shopping centre, and shops/food, friendly staff with nice clean rooms for a great price. Complimentary drinks at downstairs bar, impeccable service.

    the room was spacious and modern, making it a comfortable retreat. The location was fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

    Convenient, on site parking, clean, modern, value for money with discount deal.with 23% off tariff.

    Unfortunately the room computer was down and there were long delays to book in as only one receptionist was on last saturday evening and each room's guests had to be personally escorteed to rooms. also the airconditioner was noisy and it was little cool but the controls did not seem to do anything. shower was little erratic and went from hot to cold quickly as taps were too sensitive.

    The staff at Rydges were inviting helpful, and catered for all needs as requested. The grounds are really clean and relaxing. The sun deck area was the best, sat and enjoyed a meal and my coffee.

    Was disappointed that they did not honour my rewards as a Rydges member, this was because l booked with Booked.net.

    The spacious apartment with its kitchen and living area was perfect for our family. cleanliness issues and reduced menu options for room service were disappointing. Despite these setbacks, the welcoming staff and convenient location near lovely landmarks like Mawson Park and the Campbelltown Arts Centre made our stay enjoyable.

    That it was open 24hrs as we had come from the hospital late at night

    Nobody told ups about breakfast options or our free coffee in the morning. We found this out after we had left.
